This petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC, seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.12.2014 and file a final report within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent.
3. Considering the submission of both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and submit a fresh copy of the complaint, and on such complaint being made, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and register a case, if cognizable offence is made out, keeping in view the dictum laid down by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] and investigate the same in accordance with law.
