This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Patta to the petitioner pursuant to the representations made by the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representations made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 3rd respondent and a notice has been issued to the petitioner to attend the enquiry. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that the enquiry has been fixed on 20.03.2020 and the petitioner can appear before the 3rd respondent and produce all the relevant documents and the same will be considered and final orders will be passed.

3.In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
