This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to forthwith the release the document viz. Sale Deed dated 31.08.2015 bearing Document No. 50A/(Pending) to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 05.11.2015.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the document said to be pending before the 4th respondent, namely, Sale Deed dated 31.08.2015, now bearing No. 3071 of 2015, has been released on 25.11.2015. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
