For Petitioner in all WPs : Mr.S.Arokiamaniraj For Respondents in all WPs : Mr.A.Selvendran Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the repondents to survey the petitioner's plots by disposing his representations dated 13.10.2023 and 03.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject plots by way 3/6

of registered Sale Deeds dated 28.03.2012 registered as document Nos. 1411/2012, 1409/2012, 1410/2012 and 1408/2012. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representations dated 13.10.2023 and 03.10.2023 to survey the subject plots and demarcate its boundaries has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petitions.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.10.2023 and 03.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations for survey of the subject plots and demarcate the boundaries after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 20.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No To 4/6
