Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take legal action on the serious administrative lapses in the security and protection of the campus of Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research, the second respondent herein, which were represented by the petitioner's representations dated 29.7.2009, 30.9.2009 and 24.10.2009 and for a direction to investigate the security lapses.

ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the first respondent to take legal action on the serious administrative lapses in the security and protection of the campus of Society for Applied Microwave Electronics https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Engineering and Research, the second respondent herein, which were reported by the petitioner's representations dated 29.7.2009, 30.9.2009 and 24.10.2009 and for a direction to investigate the security lapses.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the respondents, made a submission that the Director, who was in-charge of the Institution, during the relevant point of time, retired from service and subsequently, necessary measures had been taken to protect the Institution in all respects and in fact, the steps are further taken to see that no such untoward incidents have taken place in the premises of the institution. Since adequate measures are taken, no further orders in this regard are required in this writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
