The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent Police to investigate the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.03.2025 in Crime No.35 of 2025 and submit a final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation, the F.I.R. in Crime No.35 of 2025 was closed as 'mistake of fact'. He further submitted that on 31.05.2025 the said closure report was filed before the jurisdictional Court, Udhagamandalam vide R.C.S.No.10 of 2025.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
