Mr.Vijayan Subramanian Judgment The learned counsel on either side submit that the matter has been settled between the parties, and to that effect, the plaintiff and the defendant have also entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 13.09.2025, which is duly signed by both the parties and also their counsel, enclosing a Film Finance Agreement dated 12.09.2025. Thus, they pray that the suit may be decreed in terms of Film Finance Agreement dated 12.09.2025 enclosed along with the Memorandum of Compromise.

2. Since the settlement has been arrived at between the parties, the present suit is decreed as prayed for in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. The said Memorandum of Compromise dated 13.09.2025 enclosing a Film Finance Agreement 12.09.2025 is taken on record and the same shall form part and parcel of this judgment. The plaintiff is entitled to refund of Court fee, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
