The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7590 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

krk 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that non bailable warrant was executed and the concerned person was secured and was produced before the Court and he has now been remanded to custody. 3.This is a case where the husband has been remanded for failure to pay the maintenance amount. Therefore, if any application is filed seeking for release, the order shall be passed only after putting the petitioners on notice.
