This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the Order of this Court dated 23.04.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3889 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of suspending the sentence, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders and he is complying with the said condition and seeks modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditional Order imposed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases appearing for the respondent.
