[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 1.10.2013 in his order No.V-15014/ L&R/ SS/Rev./ MO/2013-10527 dated 1.10.2013 confirming the order of the 4th respondent dated 26.6.2013 in his Appellate Order No.V-11014/ 24/Disc/SZ/2013-4804 dated 26.6.2013 and confirming the order passed by the 5th respondent dated 18/19.4.2013 in his Final Order No.V15014/ FACT/Disc/ MAJ-01/ MO/2013-285 dated 18/19.4.2013 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to take the petitioner into the strength of the CISF as Constable/ GD with all monetary benefits

and other service benefits.
