(PD) No.553 of 2023 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J., These petitions are filed, to condone the delay of 529 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 3rd respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent.

2.Since the learned counsel for the petitioners has explained the reasons to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
