O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.02.2015 and investigate the same and grant police protection to the petitioner and his family members in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petition enquiry is pending, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
