Through a representation dated 28.07.2015, the petitioner sought for assignment of the land in Tondiarpet village, Tondiarpet Taluk, Chennai. As the said request made by the petitioner is still pending consideration with respondents No.1 and 2, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration of the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner and the representation is stated to be still pending consideration with the respondents, direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 28.07.2015 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
