This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order dated 14.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1026 of 2017 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Division Bench of this Court has condoned the delay in filing the writ appeal and posted the writ appeal for final hearing in the month of March 2020.

3. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed, as the order dated 14.03.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1026 of 2017 would have to merge with an order to be passed in the writ appeal.
