Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, states that after registration of the First Information Report in Crime No.286 of 2023, an enquiry was conducted and the case was closed as "mistake of fact" and referred charge sheet has been filed on 25.01.2025 before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur.
