Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to count 50% of the service rendered by the petitioners on consolidated pay in the post of Village Karnam from 21.06.1979 to 14.11.1980 along with the service rendered in the post of Village Administrative Officer from 11.08.1982 to 28.02.2011 as qualifying service for the purpose of pension and grant the petitioner to all consequential benefits in view of the order passed in W.P.No.24013 of 2014

dated 04.09.2014 by this Court.
