Seeking leave to sue the defendant who is having offices/factory outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this Application.

2. The suit is filed for recovery of money.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted even though the defendant's office is outside the jurisdiction of this Court, the entire transaction took place at Chennai in the plaintiff's Office.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
