Considering the nature of offence and the number of witness and the fact that the case is pending from the year, 2010, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.412 of 2010, on or before 31.07.2015. The respondent/Police is also directed to produce the witnesses for examination on the next date of hearing.
