ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.153 of 2024 dated 06.6.2024 on the file of the first respondent police, in respect of the petitioner herein.

2. A perusal of the records, complaint and FIR shows that there are prima facie allegations against the petitioner and that there is no ground to quash the FIR.

3. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to conduct investigation and file charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the filing of the charge sheet, if the petitioner still aggrieved, he can work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
