O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register a FIR on the complaint dated 05.02.2015 against the respondents 3 to 5 and investigate the same according to law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.37 of 2015 on the complaint given by the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petition enquiry is pending, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
