..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, issue direction to the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 and 3 in accordance with law on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2018 submitted before the 1st respondent.

The petitioner had given a representation on 06.04.2020 to the 1st respondent.

2. A report has been filed by the 2nd respondent namely the Inspector of Police, Mecheri Police Station, Mecheri, Salem District stating that based on the complaint given on 06.04.2018, the respondent Police have also taken the statement from the petitioner and had also registered an FIR in Crime No.158 of 2018 on 06.04.2018 itself under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506 (ii) IPC. Thereafter, the accused were also taken into custody. After completion of investigation, a final report has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also been filed which had been taken in C.C.No.91 of 2018 on 02.08.2018. It is now pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur.

3. These facts that the final report had been taken cognizance on C.C.No.91 of 2018 on 02.08.2018 had not been disclosed by the petitioner on 28.02.2016, 26.04.2019, 03.12.2019 06.12.2019 and 03.01.2020, when the matter was called before this Court.

4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to pass any further orders. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate to address his grievance.

5. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
