This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10999 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and couple of days final report will be filed and the petitioner is complying the conditions till date.

3. In view of the above facts, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
