This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8352 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Chennai and report before the Abiramapuram Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 3 weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8352 of 2023 dated 19.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of everymonth at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
