Seeking a direction to the respondents to register FIR on the complaint dated 05.02.2015, investigate and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.91 of 2015 for the offence under Section 379 IPC on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.02.2015. The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
