The challenge in the present writ petition is G.O.Ms.No.65, Human Resources Management (B) Department, dated 04.07.2022 which has now been withdrawn under G.O.Ms.No.74, Human Resources Management (B) Department dated 16.08.2023. This aspect has also been recorded by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of Balasubramanian vs The Secretary to Government, Department of Human Resources Management and others in 2/4

W.P.Nos.25101 of 2022 etc., batch. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents seeking for fixation of his seniority and other consequential reliefs.
