O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed directing the Respondent to forthwith grant No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the petitioner on the basis of the application of the petitioner dated 20.11.2018 and the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.05.2019 within a stipulated period. 2.The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is the owner of the property. In order to dig the Bore well, the petitioner has submitted an application for No Objection Certificate to the Respondent on 20.11.2018 and thereafter sent a representation to the Respondent requesting for issuance of No objection Certificate on 27.05.2019. However, till date the application was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3.Mr.Selvaraj, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court may issue a direction to the petitioner to consider the application dated 20.11.2018 and the representation dated 27.05.2019 within a reasonable period as fixed by this Court.

4.Mr.Abul Kalam,Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent takes notice for the respondent and submits that the respondent will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the limited requests made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion, the respondent is directed to consider the application dated 20.11.2018 and the representation dated 27.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of copy of this order.

6.With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
