This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful default in complying with the order passed by this Court dated 12.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21765 of 2022.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2022 has been complied with. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has also produced a copy of the order dated 30.08.2023 issued by the respondent to that effect.
