The prayer sought for in the present petition is to modify the second condition imposed by the Court below that the petitioner shall appear before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Valappadi on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and on further condition that he shall make available himself for interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer, by the order passed in C.M.P.No.4885 of 2017 in Cr.No.687 of 2017 dated 02.01.2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

2.Heard Mr.M.R.Franklin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order. Hence, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in C.M.P. No.4885 of 2017 in Cr.No.687 of 2017 dated 09.01.2018 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 02.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.4885 of 2017 in Cr.No.687 of 2017 shall remain intact.
