ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 22.11.2023 thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner for revocation of the order of suspension issued by the first respondent dated 03.10.2023. 2.
While pending the writ petition, the petitioner was discharged from the criminal charge in Crl.RC.No.766 of 2024 by an order dated 10.07.2024. Therefore, the second respondent by its communication dated 16.07.2024, recommended and requested the first respondent to revoke the order of suspension of the petitioner and reinstate him into service in the post of Additional Director, Operations and Training, which is vacant as on date.

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to act in accordance with the request made by the second respondent and pass orders within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
