(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2024, in

O.S.No.115 of 2017, on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Court, Kancheepuram.

2.The said suit had been filed seeking partition and separate possession of the suit schedule properties. The defendants are in Appeal. Now, the plaintiff has filed the Appeal over the properties, over which share was not granted and that Appeal is now pending in A.S.No.609 of 2025. 3.It is only appropriate that the delay is condoned and the appeal is heard along with A.S.No.609 of 2025. The learned counsel for the respondent is also present. This petition stands allowed. Registry to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the appeal along with A.S.No.609 of 2025 on 20.04.2026.
