(CRIME NO.243/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modified the order dated in Crl.O.P.No.10032/2021 in order dated 16.06.2021 on that they deposit in condition amount a sum of RS.25,000/- before the Chief Civil Surgeon Medical Officer (C.C.S.M.O) Arni Government Hospital, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.L.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10032 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) jointly to the credit of the District Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Tiruvannamalai District. He further submit that the petitioners to pay the conditional order before the concern authority but they were refused to receive the above said amount for that no such authority in the Tiruvannamalai District. Hence, they have filed a present petition before this Court.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10032 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) jointly to the credit of the Chief Civil Surgeon Medical Officer (C.C.S.M.O.) Arni, Government Hospital Arni, Tiruvannamalai District and time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is modified. -sd/- 03/09/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
