Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to [i] relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2515 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court dated 23.02.2017 [IN CRL.MP.NO.7942 OF 2017] [ii] relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No. 2 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court dated 24.08.2016.[IN CRL.MP.NO.7943 OF 2017] [iii] relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No. 2516 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.671 of 2011 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court dated 23.02.2017.[IN CRL.MP.NO.7944 OF 2017]

[iv] relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 2517 of 2517 of 2017 in Crl.A.No. 671 of 2011 on the file of the Hon'ble High Court dated 23.02.2017.[IN CRL.MP.NO.7945 OF 2017] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAJAMOHAN, Advocate [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] for the petitioner and of MR.B.MOHAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2515 of 2017, M.P.No.2 of 2014, Crl.M.P.Nos.2516 and 2517 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.669 of 2011 dated 21.10.2011 and 24.08.2016.

2.Heard both sides.

3. This court while granting bail to the petitioners, pending Criminal Appeal, directed the petitioners to appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri (Special Court for Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989) on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. of every month until further Orders.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

5. The learned Special Public Prosecutor, for CBI cases also submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court and has no serious objection to relax the condition.

6. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
