3. It appears that the Interlocutory Applications filed by both the petitioner are pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not appeared even for a single hearing before the Family Court, Chennai.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned IV Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
