Learned counsel for the appellant in the respective appeals seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeals and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
It is represented by both parties that the entire award amount, in the respective appeals, have been deposited before the Tribunal and therefore, Mr.Ma.P. Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the claimants in the respective appeals, would seek permission of this Court, to withdraw the respective awards amounts, which have been deposited before the Tribunal. Since the appeals have been withdrawn by the appellants, there may not be any problem for the respective claimants to withdraw the amounts deposited before the Tribunal. No costs. Connected M.Ps are closed.
