(CR.NO.16 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.O.P.No.5667/2021 order dated 17.06.2021 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJENDIRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5667 of 2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 354(A), 406, 420, 493 r/w.511 of IPC and 4 of D.P.Act in Crime No.16 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not been complied with the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he opposed to relax the condition. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition and accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
