This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10372 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.1 of 2023 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurunchipadi.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10372 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kurunchipadi on 26.06.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
