Subject matter in the captioned writ petition is prison transfer, Mr.D.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor submitted in one voice that the prayer has since been acceded to and they placed before us the proceedings bearing reference No.7685/Tha.Ku.2/2023 dated 27..06.2023.
