O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.10.2017 to count the half of service rendered by the petitioner's husband as Temporary Plot Watcher along with the regular service rendered by him as permanent night watchman as qualifying service for the purpose of conferment of family pension and other terminal benefits within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is the wife of late Mr.M.Narayanasamy, who worked as Plot Watcher in the Forest Department from 01.12.1991 in Karikili Bird Sanctuary Range of Aringnar Anna Zoological Park, Vandalur. As per G.O.Ms.No.142, Environment and Forest Department dated 30.09.2010, services of the petitioner's husband has been regularized as Night Watchman with effect from the date of the said Government Order with the benefit of

Plot Watcher along with regular service rendered by him as Permanent Night Watchman as qualifying service for the purpose of conferment of family pension, but till date her representation has not been considered and hence, she has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.V.Vijay Prashanth, learned Additional Government Pleader (Forest), who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, sought for four weeks time to consider the pending representation.

4. Placing on record the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
