This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to seize or confiscate and take custody of the petitioner's vehicle being a car makers, namely, KIA India Pvt Ltd, Model Name CARENS G1.4 6 MT PRESTIGE 7, Colour Glacier white Pearl bearing registration No.TN-10-BT4152, Chasis No.MZBGC811LPN079328 Engine No.G4LDN1048701 in the complaint given by the petitioner herein in Crime No.1/2024 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent in compliance with the direction of this Court dated 25.06.2024 submitted that in the course of the investigation, the petitioner' car been recovered and produced before the Judicial Magistrate under Form-95 on 19.07.2024.
