Crl.O.P.No.14447 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.03.2024 for the alleged offence under Sec.380, 34 of I.P.C. in Crime No.40 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioners have been detained as a Goonda under Sec. 2(f) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
