It is submitted by the learned counsel that pursuant to the directions issued in the said writ petition, the Government passed an order in G.O.Ms.No.1291 dated 29.10.2020 rejecting the representation of the petitioner for the premature release of the petitioner's son, that the said Government Order has been challenged by way of a separate writ petition and that the same is pending before a Division Bench.
3. In the light of the said submissions, the above contempt petition is closed.
