This petition has been filed seeking to amend the claim made by the petitioners/appellants in MCOP.No.105/2017 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, The Special District Court, Erode, as Rs.36,00,000/- instead of Rs.16,00,000/-.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and post the matter on 06.11.2020 for admission.
