O R D E R
This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1120 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, registered on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent against the petitioner for offence under Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
2. Now the second respondent/defacto complainant is present and she is identified by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and she admitted that she has settled the matter with the petitioner and also filed an affidavit to that effect.

3. Considering the affidavit filed by the second respondent and having regard to the fact that the matter was settled between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R in Crime No.1120 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
