O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondent authorities have modified the order of punishment and reinstated the petitioner into service.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
