ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders based on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 07.02.2018.

2. The petitioner applied for shifting his Saw Mill and made an application before the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent by proceedings dated 07.12.2018 had recommended for the shifting of the saw mill. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent will have to grant the permission and till date no orders have been passed by the 1st respondent. option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3.Heard Mr.J.Prasdeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to act on the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 07.12.2018 which has already been forwarded to the 1st respondent and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
