Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.3703/2004/A2, dated 03.12.2008, 2nd respondent in his proceeding Na.Ka.No.2410/2011/A4, dated 19.10.2011 and 1st respondent in G.O. (D) No.133, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (TP4) Department dated 01.03.2016 and quash the same.
