(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The above Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 29.04.2019 submitted by the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 29.04.2019 to the respondent - Bank to accept for One Time Settlement. 3.It is settled position that the respondent - Bank cannot be compelled to accept for One Time proposal given by the borrower and it is for the borrower to approach the Bank and negotiate and arrive at a One Time Settlement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In these circumstances, the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent - Bank to accept for One Time proposal cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
