The present petitioners are the legal heirs of the person who cancelled the settlement deed in favour of the first respondent / writ petitioner and such cancellation since was set aside by an order passed by the writ Court which was impugned in the proposed writ appeal, we are inclined to allow this petition, accordingly, this petition is ordered.
