ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.05.2019 acknowledged by the respondent police in CSR No.277 of 2019 dated 02.06.2019 and to conduct an investigation in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
