ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ by producing a copy of the proceedings issued by the second

respondent dated 11.08.2014 in Na.Ka.No.1326/A4/2013 submitted that the Government has paid a sum of Rs.71,227/- [Rupees seventy one thousand two hundred and twenty seven only] towards the amount due and payable to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner agrees that he has received the said amount paid by the respondents, there is some dispute in the final amount arrived at by the respondents and still a sum of Rs.9,000/- is due and payable by them.

3. In view of the submission made on either side, as far as the contempt petition is concerned, since the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17021 of 2010 dated 27.03.2012 has been complied with, this Contempt petition is closed.

However, if the petitioner has got any grievance in arriving at the amount, he can approach the authority concerned for redressing his grievance by submitting a representation.
